Create Your Customized Leadership Development Program
Your organizational performance matters. Whether you want to strengthen your leadership culture or address more specific organizational and management challenges and opportunities, our faculty will partner with you to co-create a custom program to fit your needs.
Stakeholder Engagement
Cultivating relationships and establishing communication are vital parts of a custom engagement – even before a contract is signed. No two organizations are alike, so we dedicate time to understanding your organizational structure, challenges and vision to ensure we deliver a rich learning experience for all participants.
Program Design
Executive Education faculty are carefully selected to engage with you in designing your program and ensuring our learning objectives track with your organization’s needs. With extensive experience in bridging theory and practical application, our faculty partner with you to create highly interactive learning experiences. You can expect dynamic discussions that merge leading academic thought and practitioner perspectives as well as a variety of pedagogies such as case studies, simulations, team exercises, and action learning projects to meaningfully address your objectives.
Registration & Pre-work Assignments
Our client management team works to ensure your program is smoothly implemented and welcoming for participants. After your cohort is selected, your dedicated client manager oversees all logistics, including key program communications with participants as well as distribution of pre-work course materials that set the stage for a rich classroom experience and discussion.
Program Delivery
As with design of the program, participants are at the heart of each program delivered. Our client managers are engaged and onsite for the entirety of the program to ensure participant needs are quickly addressed. Should you elect to host your program on Rice Campus, our classrooms are outfitted with the latest technology and breakout rooms conducive for small group assignments. We are equally comfortable delivering programs onsite at your facility.
Program Review
At the conclusion of your custom program, participants will complete a program evaluation. We will then schedule a program debrief with your organization’s stakeholders to review feedback, identify value added from the program, discuss potential areas for future growth, and provide a closure report. Our faculty members integrate the feedback gathered into the program design in preparation for the next cohort.
