Hillary Holmes

Hillary H. Holmes brings over 20 years of experience in counseling clients in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising in the energy industry. She is co-head of the Houston office of the global law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and co-chair of the Capital Markets Practice Group. She advises corporations, boards and investors on all forms of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, M&A deals, governance issues and public company best practices.
