Tiffany Stott
Director, Career Education and Advising
Tiffany Stott develops and implements instructional programming related to career development and the job search. Her goal is to assist MBA students in making informed career decisions and to prepare them for professional advancement. She provided individual counseling and assessment interpretation to Rice undergraduates, graduate students, post-docs, and alumni in her previous role at Rice University’s Center for Career Development. She also managed the student peer career advising group and their student blog. Stott is returning to the Jones Graduate School of Business where she started in career services and helped to develop the original online career course, Introduction to Career Management. Stott has a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in counselor education with an emphasis in higher education, both from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Strong Interest Inventory assessments.
